Training Support Specialist
The University of South Florida Libraries is seeking a Training Support Specialist to provide consulting, training, and information to businesses in the Tampa Bay region. This role is essential for delivering training and maintaining records for entrepreneurs, requiring strong customer service and data management skills.

Responsibilities
Salesforce/Blackthorn/GoToWebinar Data Entry – Set up all events and attendees in Salesforce for USF, PCED and HCED events. Reconcile attendees in Blackthorn events the Friday after the events take place and verify events for SBA reporting. Create new event templates when needed
Reporting - Enter promotional links and survey links to events in Blackthorn post-event. Issue certificates of completion when necessary (USF CONNECT Series). Reconcile incubator attendance records for invoicing. Monitor the Data Cleaning Dashboard for incomplete regional events. Provide quarterly reporting detailing event attendance numbers, conversion to clients and referral sources
Customer Service – Serve as the main point of contact for event-related calls Communicate any customer service issues immediately to supervisor. Enter all client calls into Salesforce as Non-Consulting Activities
GoToWebinar Moderation/In-Person Event Coverage – Serve as the moderator in all USF SBDC webinars and check-in attendees at all USF SBDC in-person events. Set up in-person event banners and marketing materials. Competently moderate webinars including proper introductions at the start of webinars and facilitating the Q&A at the end. Conduct all prep sessions for upcoming webinars. Send all calendar invites for upcoming events to presenters
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of experience in office or administrative positions
Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
