Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities including POs, vendor coordination/negotiation, and contract administration while ensuring policy compliance

Provide general administrative support across departments and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Oversee bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, expense tracking, payroll, and reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and cloud-based tools

Assist with preparing financial reports and support monthly/quarterly close

Qualification

Required

3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
