Desktop Support Technician
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite support to over 400 users across multiple locations. The role includes imaging machines, pushing software updates, and setting up new users, primarily at the Public Safety Building in Kenosha, WI.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite support to the 400+ users across the County
Using SCCM or Intune to image machines
Push up software patches / updates
Swapped up hardware
Set up new users
Qualification
Required
Worked as a Desktop Support Tech for a similar sized organization
Experience using SCCM or Intune to image machines
Experience pushing software patches/updates
Experience swapping hardware
Experience setting up new users
Great communication and customer service skills
Intermediate Level experience
Knowledge of Desktop, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory, Deployment, imaging
