Responsibilities
Monitors energy efficiency and demand response programs to optimize energy usage during peak periods
Helps analyze program reports and dashboard to identify potential conservation targets
Conducts analysis of energy usage data, load patterns, and grid conditions to identify potential opportunities to optimize program effectiveness
Coordinates with internal teams, such as grid operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of demand response programs with overall utility operations and customer engagement efforts
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to programs, including reporting obligations and adherence to program rules and protocols
Compiles program cost effectiveness reports
Stays informed about industry trends, share best practices, and foster collaboration for the advancement of programs
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity
Qualification
Required
Experience working with demand response principles, customer programs, or conservation/efficiency initiatives
Preferred
Experience providing direct customer support and guidance to ensure program success
Experience in clean energy, sustainability, outreach, or education programs
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting attendance or operational data with accuracy
Experience supporting logistics for events, meetings, or programs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and internet-based scheduling systems
