In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts for multiple projects, develop automation test strategies, and collaborate with various teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance efforts for multiple concurrent projects focused on data ingestion and integration, ensuring alignment with banking regulatory standards
Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and secure data operations
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering System Integration Testing (SIT) and closely partner with the team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, project managers, and compliance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability throughout the ingestion lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
Design and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy
Create daily/weekly test execution metrics and status reporting
Assist the Project Managers/Scrum Masters to drive project team to defect resolution
Leverage existing tools/techniques to streamline and automate wherever possible
Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
Actively participate in the review of project requirements, data mappings and technical design specifications
Analyze data, troubleshoot data issues, and create
Qualification
Required
5+ years QA experience, ideally in a data warehouse
Heavy SQL skill
Experience with automation (Pytest BDD and cucumber preferred)
General familiarity with cucumber and gherkin
Experience in developing automation test strategies and frameworks
Experience in documenting and practicing IT SDLC processes
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies covering System Integration Testing (SIT)
Experience in collaborating with data engineers, developers, project managers, and compliance teams
Experience in driving continuous improvement in QA processes
Experience in creating daily/weekly test execution metrics and status reporting
Experience in assisting Project Managers/Scrum Masters to drive project team to defect resolution
Experience in analyzing data and troubleshooting data issues
Preferred
Python would be a bonus but not required
Some automation experience with Pytest BDD and cucumber
