Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform PC rebuilds and deployments following established procedures
Backup and restore data within Windows OS environments
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff, including C-level leadership
Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management
Work across multiple hospital locations in the Milwaukee area as needed
Maintain proper hygiene and professional business etiquette in a healthcare setting
Adapt to new technologies and evolving IT processes
Qualification
Required
Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and punctuality
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and working cell phone
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate hospital environments
Available for online interviews and flexible with shift times
