Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling, and executing service, installation, start-up, and troubleshooting mill visits
Provide accurate and timely reports and billing documentation
Take field notes, conduct surveys, map machines, and evaluate existing equipment
Communicate with engineering regarding field modifications
Assist the District Sales Manager with the promotion and sales of all products including service, service contracts, and spare parts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, associate degree with two years of technical field experience, or a high school diploma with five years of technical field experience in an industrial or military setting
Critical thinking skills and the ability to apply consistent logic to diverse situations
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work remotely from a home office
Ability to work independently and be a team player
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Residence in the territory that includes Indiana
Preferred
Experience in paper machine applications
