Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key account stakeholders
Function as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing insights and solutions to address their unique needs
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives
Act as a liaison for addressing client issues, concerns, and satisfaction metrics
Assist in the evaluation and resolution of customer complaints, and quality-related matters
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand ECI’s footprint within strategic partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing proposals, quotations, and strategies
Act as the primary negotiator for client contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and profit goals
Collaborate with ECI’s internal strategic operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of ECI’s services
Prospect for potential new clients, turn opportunities into revenue, and meet or exceed sales forecasts
Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to refine the company’s value proposition and approach
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key stakeholders within the life sciences industry
Develop and execute tailored business strategies for engaging new clients and expanding strategic accounts
Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events, both nationally and internationally
Maintain accurate and updated records in ECI’s CRM systems and generate regular reports on sales performance and client engagement
Work with ECI’s strategic teams to identify offerings to present to prospective and active clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, marketing or related field required
Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong familiarity with life sciences products, services, and regulations, including FDA and ISO standards
Minimum 6-8 years of business development experience within the Life Sciences Industry with close focus with the Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering space
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals
Native English
