Confidently promote and sell products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to retain or upgrade their services
Accurately process service changes and account updates
Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Complete service/save orders and negotiate when needed
Provide an outstanding experience in every interaction
