Responsibilities
Speak directly with homeowners
Help them understand their options
Guide them toward pest prevention plans
Explain pest control services in a clear and helpful way
Listen for when assessing common homeowner concerns
Answer questions with accuracy and professionalism
Schedule inspections, service plans, or follow-ups
Provide residential outreach and face-to-face support
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
A willingness to work in the field and engage with homeowners directly
