PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions while training and mentoring users and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts

Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators

Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues

Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product

Required

Minimum of Secret Clearance

Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations

Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required

Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong knowledge of Excel

Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration

Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript

Preferred

Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus

Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
