Responsibilities
Prepares for rough drafts, letters and memos for internal and external distribution
Acts as a receptionist for the office and refers visitors and callers to appropriate staff members
Files incoming/outgoing correspondence and reports
Maintains active and inactive files on general and special correspondence, reports and records for the office
Reviews and distributes incoming/outgoing mail
Maintains office suspense files
Retrieves specific information utilizing CRT and/or PC
Maintains and coordinates ordering of supplies for office
Responsible for scheduling appointments
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire
