Responsibilities
Manage and monitor fabrication processes to Nexus XP quality standards
Create and maintain production schedules to track workflow and capacity
Review and interpret CAD drawings and floorplans (CAD experience a plus)
Perform quality control checks to ensure builds meet specifications
Ensure exhibits are fully inspected, packed, and ready to ship
Participate in pre-show meetings and exhibit setups
Assist with hands-on tasks such as small exhibit setups, packing, shipping, and test-fitting graphics
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of custom fabrication production experience (trade show/event a must)
Strong project management skills
Experience working with union and non-union labor
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-service oriented and detail-driven
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
Must live within 40 miles of Huntington Beach, CA
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Google Drive
CAD and Adobe Creative Suite experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
