Responsibilities

Lead the pre-construction process including design, budgeting, and scheduling of multi-family buildouts and major renovations

Conduct cost analysis and develop project budgets to ensure financial feasibility

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to establish project requirements

Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies

Manage procurement processes to secure necessary materials and services

Conduct quantity takeoffs to assist in accurate estimation and planning

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase
