Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new B2B clients across various industries
Engage in warm calling and outreach efforts to establish initial contact with prospective clients
Lead negotiations to close deals effectively, ensuring mutual value creation
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a focus on account management or technical sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuasive presentations
Demonstrated success in business development and generating new revenue streams
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Knowledge of marketing principles, technology solutions, and industry trends is a plus
