Responsibilities
Oversee daily concrete operations on-site and manage a team of concrete workers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all concrete work
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
Develop and implement concrete placement plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
Assist in resolving any issues or delays that arise during the concrete pouring and finishing process
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
