Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision and roadmap aligned with VicOne's strategic objectives and the evolving automotive cybersecurity market

Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic alignment, customer value, and technical feasibility, specifically relating to VicOne's focus on in-vehicle and automotive product security solutions

Collaborate closely with VicOne's engineering, research, and threat intelligence teams to define detailed product requirements and ensure seamless development cycles

Manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to launch, post-launch monitoring, and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on VicOne's specific product offerings

Drive the development of innovative solutions that address the unique cybersecurity challenges of connected vehicles, focusing on VicOne’s strengths in vulnerability management, and threat detection

Work closely with VicOne customers to ensure adoption of VicOne’s automotive product security solutions, refining future product development through customer-driven requirements

Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that reflect the value proposition of VicOne's solutions and ensure market competitiveness

Collaborate with VicOne's marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and deliver impactful sales enablement materials

Engage directly with VicOne's customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and build strong relationships

Help to develop and refine VicOne's product demonstrations, and technical presentations

Conduct and participate in webinars to showcase VicOne's product capabilities and thought leadership, present in VicOne partner’s events and trade shows, delivering key-note speeches, panel discussions and the like

Act as a subject matter expert when interacting with industry analysts, providing in-depth product and market insights

Deliver comprehensive market insights, and competitive analysis to internal teams, and external stake holders

Maintain a deep understanding of VicOne's unique threat intelligence and vulnerability research capabilities

Stay abreast of the latest automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations and ensure VicOne's products remain compliant

Contribute to VicOne's thought leadership initiatives by participating in industry events and conferences

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity or automotive technology

Demonstrated expertise in defining and launching successful software or cloud-based products, preferably within the automotive cybersecurity domain

Deep understanding of automotive systems, connected vehicle technologies, and cybersecurity principles, particularly related to vulnerability management and threat detection

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers

Experience with agile development methodologies and a proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget

Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies

A passion for the automotive cybersecurity industry, and a desire to contribute to VicOne's mission of securing the connected vehicle ecosystem
