Creative Circle is seeking a Senior Designer / Art Director for their Financial Services client. The role involves creating high-quality visual and interactive campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, and project teams in an Agile environment to produce personalized, on-brand communications
Develop and execute concepts for financial products and marketing initiatives based on creative briefs
Create high-quality visual and interactive campaigns across multiple platforms (email, web, mobile, DM/print, social, display ads)
Ensure designs reinforce the brand platform and maintain best possible user experience
Present creative concepts clearly through sketches, diagrams, and visual comps
Iterate on existing campaigns to expand brand messaging and innovate within guidelines
Proof and review work for accuracy in copy and layout under fast-paced conditions
Maintain attention to detail in typography, composition, layout, and color
Partner with internal and external teams to deliver creative solutions on time and on strategy

Required

7+ years of digital design experience within in-house marketing or agency creative teams
Experience in financial services, B2B, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira
Proven ability to present and communicate creative concepts effectively
Expertise in working and designing within brand guidelines and following brand templates/structure
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, simple, and innovative design and shows examples of email and display ads
Knowledge of design best practices for mobile, web, templates, and style sheets
Familiarity with automated workflow tools (e.g., Aprimo, Workfront)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Agile and pod team experience is a plus
