Responsibilities

Managing the service issues reported to the Information Technology (IT) Department
Responsible for all aspects of IT Customer Support using management guidelines as a resource

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or GED required
Two years experience preferred with increasing responsibility in IT Customer Support using a Service Desk management tool
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be familiar with all aspects of the Microsoft Windows and Client/Server environments
Must have the ability to troubleshoot and help resolve all types of client hardware and software related problems
Have a working knowledge using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of remote control tools
Knowledge of a Service Desk management tool
Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Systems is desirable
Two years experience preferred with increasing responsibility in IT Customer Support using a Service Desk management tool
