Responsibilities
Co-Design Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with DAM leads to design IHA-friendly solutions aligned with enterprise DAM strategy and pharmaceutical compliance standards
Governance & Metadata Expertise: Review and advise on metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, governance models, and DRM policies
Workflow Optimization: Identify and validate opportunities for automation, process simplification, and technical debt reduction across connected systems
Content Migration Strategy: Provide guidance on migration planning and execution as needed
Business Requirements Development: Partner with DAM Strategist and Solutions Architect to refine business requirements, process flows, and integration documentation
Quality Assurance: Co-author and/or quality-check solution design deliverables at critical milestones during discovery, analysis, and design phases
Qualification
Required
Digital Asset Management Expertise: 8+ years in DAM strategy and implementation, with hands-on experience in multi-solution ecosystems, ideally using Adobe tools
Pharmaceutical & IHA Experience: Strong understanding of pharma compliance standards and in-house agency workflows
Business Analysis & Process Design: Ability to capture, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into streamlined operational processes
Workflow Automation & Optimization: Proven success in reducing steps, improving efficiency, and leveraging automation tools
Governance & Taxonomy Development: Deep knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy, and governance frameworks
Leadership in Complex Engagements: Skilled at guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and delivery phases
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Assets
Knowledge of DRM policies and rights management workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Consulting background with enterprise-level clients
