Responsibilities

Lead the setup and configuration of UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards

Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to developers, helping resolve issues with automation workflows and system integrations

Work closely with corporate security, network, and cloud teams to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable automation solutions

Partner with the Architectural Review Board and GenAI Council to review designs, ensure compliance, and contribute to automation strategy

Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Support and mentor delivery teams, sharing best practices and architectural guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years in IT solution architecture or automation roles, with significant hands-on experience in UiPath and/or Blue Prism; experience with Power Automate is a plus

Strong understanding of automation platform setup, configuration, and administration

Experience troubleshooting automation workflows and integrations

Familiarity with enterprise security, networking, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of governance, compliance, and best practices in regulated industries

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to mentor and support delivery teams
