The role involves developing social media strategies, managing content across platforms, and engaging with influencers while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing monthly social calendars, and strategies for product launches, and key cultural moments
Manage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across social platforms
Create / adapt content for Reels, Stories, and posts including writing post captions
Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments, and flag trending topics
Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content using in-app tools
Support organic influencer gifting, and help grow / maintain a pool of influencers
Qualification
Required
interest in beauty, as well as a desire to work in the social / influencer marketing space (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
strong communication skills
experience with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter
experience editing video / creating content
