Responsibilities
Execute and refine a range of tasks across Wunder’s solar portfolio
Take ownership of structured, software-enabled workflows inside Astra, the proprietary development platform
Drive throughput, ensuring high-quality execution, and continuously improve the underlying processes
Collaborate closely with Wunder’s Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development
Qualification
Required
You're a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role
This could be in Project Management, Solar Development or adjacent industries that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable executing mission-critical tasks, managing details, and building scalable processes
You take pride in executing clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed
You stay organized, hit deadlines consistently, and keep work moving so the team can deliver projects without bottlenecks
You know the devil is in the details and you go the extra mile to ensure all your i's are dotted and t's are crossed
You're able to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality
You are at the beginning of an exciting career and you're ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development world works
You want to get your hands dirty and try new things, all while saving the planet
You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission
