Member Service Advisor III (Call Center & Digital Channels)
SkyOne Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Advisor III to enhance members' financial journeys through exceptional service. In this role, you will engage with members via various channels, process transactions, and promote SkyOne products while meeting service standards and performance goals.

Responsibilities
Engage directly with members, delivering exceptional service
Process transactions, update accounts, open new accounts, and take loan applications
Address all member inquiries expertly
Cross-sell SkyOne products and services, ensuring consistent service standards are met
Support business development through outbound sales and service calls
Provide frontline coverage while delivering an outstanding member experience
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Achieve individual and team performance goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services call center
Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills
Excellent member service and telephone communication skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy and familiar with chat bots, live chat features, and video conferencing
Demonstrates a consistent ability to build positive relationships, fosters interdependence and positively contributes to a collaborative work environment
A high degree of confidentiality
A positive, professional image within the workplace
