Responsibilities
Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for
Collaborating with product and company leadership to help define the product roadmap
Supporting a cross-functional team to deliver product enhancements and new features
Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities
Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs
Working closely with the user experience and engineering teams to design and build outstanding customer experiences
Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases
Supporting go-to-market activities
Measuring the use of new features
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company
Proven success driving trial to paid conversion
Driven meaningful, measurable product growth
Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success
Written engaging go-to-market content that sparked customer interest
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and have a passion for technology and product management
Experience working with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets
Think strategically about product functionality while also being exceptionally detail-oriented
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are an advocate for the products you work on
Have a deep curiosity and strong motivation to use AI to improve and accelerate everything you do
Care deeply about customer needs and wants and have a design eye for lovable user experiences
Have a 'get it done' attitude and a background of delivering superb work again and again
