This role focuses on ensuring every style fits flawlessly, looks great, and meets brand quality standards while working closely with the product team.

Responsibilities

Partner with design and production to translate creative concepts into accurate technical specs

Review samples for fit, construction, and wash consistency from first proto to final approval

Take detailed garment measurements, evaluate fit results, and create clear revision notes for vendors

Prepare and maintain technical packages including sketches, callouts, and measurement charts

Attend and document fit sessions, collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve issues quickly

Track style development progress and ensure deadlines are met for each season

Communicate directly with factories and vendors to ensure clear understanding of fit and finish requirements
