Manager, Brand Communications
Creative Circle is a fast-paced consumer-focused organization, and they are seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead brand storytelling and engagement strategies. This role blends creativity with strategic execution across brand strategy, influencer marketing, PR, and social media.
Responsibilities
Monitor analytics dashboards and conduct monthly reporting
Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies for one brand and product line
Oversee budgets and ensure excellence in event planning
Act as primary liaison for agency partners and support crisis communication needs
Create and review content for press releases, social media, and editorial calendars
Manage influencer programs, including KPI tracking, analytics, and reporting
Build influencer relationships, develop paid influencer strategies, and manage social content creation
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent messaging and campaign success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Expertise in social strategy, influencer engagement, PR and media relations, and project management
5+ years of experience in brand management, communications, and PR
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule
