Responsibilities

Manage and complete multiple appraisal assignments in a timely manner while still ensuring the highest level of quality
Learning multiple commercial asset classes. Assignments include a variety of property types including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and special-use properties
Utilizing Argus and Excel to create financial models and other analysis in valuing various property types
Gather regional commercial real estate data (lease, sale, investment criteria, etc.) and research market trends and operational or other property issues
Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients (principally consisting of lending institutions, fund managers and insurance companies), commercial brokers, asset managers, and other real estate professionals

Required

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

Preferred

Previous work experience with commercial real estate appraisal
