PRTNRRecruiting is an innovative denim lifestyle apparel brand seeking a Product Development Assistant to join its creative team. This role supports the full product lifecycle, working closely with design, merchandising, production, and overseas partners to ensure products meet brand standards from concept through final production.

Responsibilities

Partner with design and merchandising teams to track product progress from initial ideas to final samples

Manage daily communication with factories and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Organize and maintain fabric, trim, and wash libraries

Handle sample logistics, shipping, tracking, labeling, and reviewing pre-production submits

Support data entry and seasonal tracking within PLM systems (N41 experience a plus)

Update line sheets, sample lists, and development charts for internal meetings

Assist in scheduling and preparing review sessions (fit, proto, wash, and production handoffs)

Conduct design and trend research to support upcoming collections

Review samples with the team, record fit comments, and communicate updates to vendors

Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented studio culture
