MetaSense Inc is seeking an Administrative Director to direct the operation of the hospital. This role includes overseeing inpatient units and all ancillary and support departments during specified hours while serving as a role model for clinical expertise and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital
This direction includes responsibility not only for the inpatient units, but for all ancillary and support departments that operate during these hours
Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt, quality decisions in the clinical setting
Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change
Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in application of policies and contractual requirements
Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously
History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must be an RN
Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing
Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
ACLS
BLS
Massachusetts State License

Preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience
Experience in successful conflict resolution
Working knowledge of staffing systems
