Responsibilities
Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth for TikTok Shop sellers, aligned with overall platform commerce objectives
Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and deliver data-driven, actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and ongoing performance coaching to elevate live outcomes
Identify and unlock growth opportunities within the existing seller portfolio by expanding live commerce adoption, increasing participation in priority live initiatives, and driving incremental GMV through strategic upsell and optimization
Stay up to date on live trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and collaborate closely with cluster operations, campaign, product, and other XFN teams to align seller live promotions with broader initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term category live growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience and 3+ years experience in eCommerce, social media platforms, digital content mixed experience on social media platform side, brand side, or e-commerce side
Proven track record in business development and sales within the live-streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry
Strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers
Ability to work independently and time manage multiple initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action
Preferred
Strong understanding of e-commerce live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
