GC AI is the fastest-growing and most trusted legal AI platform for in-house legal teams. They are seeking a Programs Marketer to help scale their classes program and expand their CLE footprint, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support execution of our flagship class program: scheduling, logistics, promotion, and follow-up
Manage CLE applications and compliance, working with providers and jurisdictions to secure and maintain approvals
Track CLE deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements
Partner with Marketing to draft and publish class announcements, event pages, and follow-up comms
Add and update course content in our Learning Management System
Analyze class, CLE and comms performance metrics; suggest improvements to drive throughput and impact
Contribute to other marketing projects such as content creation, event support, campaign execution, and community engagement
Bring process rigor to how we track, store, and report on program activity

Required

3–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in legal tech or SaaS, in a start-up environment
Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and reliable
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred

Experience in marketing to lawyers and legal professionals (or have a legal background yourself!)
Experience with HubSpot and Framer
Passionate about AI and legal innovation
Previous work with online classes and educational programs
You have experience working with small start-up companies
