Responsibilities
Partner with the analytics and data teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
Collaborate closely with data developers to write user stories in ADO and perform testing upon delivery
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports while advocating for efficient, scalable data processes
Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to bridge communication and expectations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within reporting, BI, or data-driven environments
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and validation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience working with large data sets
