Responsibilities
Support attorneys with reviewing, drafting, and coordinating a variety of agreements
Assist with corporate governance tasks & conduct legal research related to corporate and regulatory matters
Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and licensing-related tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; manage invoice routing and payment tracking for the legal department
Contribute to special projects and provide general administrative support to the legal team
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a legal, insurance, or corporate contract-focused environment (ideally at a corporate in-house legal team)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
familiarity with insurance terminology, products, or regulatory frameworks
