Responsibilities

Follow SDLC processes to ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and cost efficiency
Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and translate specifications into test requirements
Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts; map test cases to requirements in Azure DevOps
Lead and execute testing across SAP BRIM components (Convergent Mediation, Charging, Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing)
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, data migration, and financial reconciliation testing
Validate API, interface, and middleware integrations (SAP PO/CPI, ADO pipelines, CRM connectors)
Conduct IVR, backend, hardware, and UAT testing, including tolling-specific field devices
Monitor QA execution, defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and quality metrics
Prepare dashboards, reports, and queries in Azure DevOps
Collaborate with stakeholders, QA Leads, Scrum Leads, business owners, technical teams, and vendors
Champion QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases
Document all work including test plans, scripts, impact analysis, and lessons learned

Required

8+ years of Quality Assurance experience in enterprise application testing
2+ years hands-on experience with SAP BRIM (billing, invoicing, payment processing, FI-CA)
Expertise in end-to-end, integration, regression, and data migration testing
Strong knowledge of API testing, backend validation, SQL queries, ETL/interface testing
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test and requirements management
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in independent and team environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps Testing modules
Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience with Dynamics CE application testing (preferred)
Relevant QA, SAP, or ITIL certifications are a plus
