Responsibilities

Monitor performance management and timely evaluations
Maintain accurate seniority lists
Process employee transactions including new hires, probations, and reclassifications
Maintain personnel file management
Complete pre-employment background checks
Create employee badges
Provide guidance to supervisors and employees navigating HR systems
Ensure all positions have current position descriptions
Compose correspondence
Attend labor management and other meetings to take and transcribe minutes as needed

Required

One year of clerical or other comparable experience which involved obtaining, providing, and evaluating information in accordance with established standards; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
