Marketing And Branding Specialist
RSATech is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to shape and amplify our brand voice across digital platforms and industry engagements. This role bridges technology and storytelling—translating complex solutions into clear, professional, and human-centric messaging.
Responsibilities
Research and author high-quality blog content focused on RSATech’s technology offerings, solutions, and relevant industry trends
Create, schedule, and manage social media content (LinkedIn, X, and related platforms) that emphasizes authentic engagement over generic automation
Maintain and update website content to ensure messaging is accurate, current, and conversion-focused
Lead pre-event and post-event marketing outreach for major industry conferences and trade shows (e.g., CES)
Identify, engage, and follow up with key attendees, partners, and prospective clients throughout event cycles
Support on-site branding and communications efforts during events when required
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable engagement and responses
Manage inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to support a consistent and qualified lead pipeline
Monitor RSATech’s social media presence and actively engage with comments, messages, and discussions
Ensure all external communications maintain a professional, authentic tone and avoid overused or generic 'AI-generated' language
Qualification
Required
Exceptional English proficiency: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
Versatility: Ability to shift seamlessly between creative content, technical messaging, and outbound campaign copy
Strategic mindset: Comfortable working toward defined engagement, lead generation, and outreach targets
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, discipline for on-site collaboration, and the ability to represent RSATech at high-visibility industry events
