Responsibilities
QA Lead for SAP S/4HANA upgrade
You will have workstreams in Finance; requiring prior SAP experience in the Finance module (technical and functional skills)
Greenfield and will have a large amount of change and coordination with other groups
This role will be leading teams assigned to workstreams and drive milestones
Coordinating efforts that are completed by IT and business users who do the testing (testing is not done by test analysts)
Must have high attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and a relationship building who can bring results
The Test Lead on this project will be aligned with the Project Workstream teams and will coordinate testing activities amongst the teams to ensure project quality goals are accomplished
In collaboration with Workstream Leadership, create test plans and estimates, and task dependencies for the Workstream(s) under their responsibility, which must roll into the overall Workstream work plan and the overall Ignite testing strategy and timeline
Work with Workstream leadership team to identify testing resources, align testing activities with Workstream activities, and ensure test cases are properly developed and approved
Work with Tech Leads and Business leads and other SQA Test Leads on test data coordination, and any additional data needs
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of testing and quality status to Workstream leadership and team (through Workstream Dashboard, which will roll up to the overall QA Dashboard for input to overall Program testing and quality status
Coordinates test tasks, defect tracking, defect resolution, and testing risk documentation for the Workstream team(s)
Responsible for defect management for the Workstream(s) assigned, attend daily Defect Triage
Coordinate with SAP Test Lead as needed
Escalate to Test Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience as a QA Lead for SAP S/4HANA upgrade
Prior SAP experience in the Finance module (technical and functional skills)
S/4HANA experience
High attention to detail
Effective organizational skills
Relationship building skills
Ability to drive milestones and coordinate efforts with IT and business users
Experience in creating test plans and estimates
Ability to identify testing resources and align testing activities
Experience in ensuring accuracy of testing and quality status
Experience in coordinating test tasks, defect tracking, and defect resolution
Experience in defect management and attending daily Defect Triage
Ability to coordinate with SAP Test Lead and escalate to Test Manager as needed
