Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and maintain VoIP systems and desk phones
Troubleshoot performance issues and apply necessary updates or patches
Plan and execute VoIP migrations for newly acquired facilities
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding
Validate connectivity, call routing, and feature functionality post-migration
Provide Tier 2/3 support for VoIP-related issues
Maintain accurate records of configurations and migration plans
Generate reports on system health, usage, and migration progress
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Cisco, Avaya, or similar)
Experience with SIP protocols, call routing, IVRs, and PBX systems
Proven track record of successful VoIP migrations and integrations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS)
Preferred
Cisco CCNA Voice or Collaboration (Preferred)
CompTIA Network+ (Preferred)
