SCM Sales Order Management Consultant
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled SCM Sales Order Management Consultant to join their dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies while providing support for Jesta Vision Suite modules and managing various retail domain processes.

Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Jesta Vision Suite modules including Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, and Order Management
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to item setup, pricing, purchase orders, receipts, allocations, inventory adjustments, sales orders, returns, and transfers
Monitor and maintain interface queues, batch jobs, and integrations with eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, 3PLs, and finance systems
Execute minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data fixes with proper approvals
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
6-8 years of experience in merchandising and retail operations
Strong hands-on experience with Jesta Vision modules such as Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, and Order Management/Omnichannel
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end retail domain processes including item onboarding, inventory management, pricing & promotions, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, store operations, returns, stock reconciliation, and seasonal planning
Proficiency in SQL for queries, joins, and troubleshooting data issues
Experience with integrations including EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file drops, and message queues
Preferred
Familiarity with other Retail Merchandizing Systems (RMS) and SCM tools like Oracle RMS
Experience in managing onshore and offshore teams
Comfort with log analysis, batch schedulers, and job monitoring tools
