Responsibilities

Develop and write regulations, policies, procedures, controlled correspondence and formal communications independently and in collaboration with other internal/external stakeholders

Conduct reviews of county and provider operated programs

Provide ongoing consultation to counties and providers regarding clarification of applicable laws, regulations, and policies
