Human Resource Analyst 1
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to join its Talent Management Division team. The role involves supporting various client agencies in talent acquisition, complement management, and data reporting, while fostering collaborative relationships among a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
Perform operational responsibilities and support talent acquisition, complement management, and consultative support for an assigned group of state organizations
Facilitate agency hiring requests and prepare applicant referrals for agency review
Assist in preparing interview self-scheduling and troubleshoot Bureau of Talent Acquisition inquiries
Perform operational processing, tracking, and research relative to employee and position actions within the Personnel Action Requests resource account, reporting tools, and Employee Resource Center/AskHR system
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
