Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction
Foster meaningful brand connections and create positive customer interactions
Support sales initiatives and enhance team and customer engagement
Maintain visual and operational standards in the store
Contribute to the overall success of the store, including opening and closing responsibilities and potential keyholder duties

Qualification

Required

Must be at least 18 years old to align with company standards
A background in luxury retail or high-touch client-facing roles, with proven experience selling products at a minimum price point of $1,000
Must demonstrate expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building lasting relationships with discerning clients
Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Preferred

Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace
