BANA LAW, PC is a rapidly growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice located in Century City, CA. They are currently looking for a Calendar Clerk to support their Litigation department by maintaining and updating the firm’s master calendar and ensuring all deadlines are met for pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Legal

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the firm’s master calendar, including court dates, deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and other critical events
Monitor and calculate filing deadlines in accordance with court rules and statutes
Coordinate scheduling with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and courts
Track case progress and ensure all deadlines are met for pleadings, discovery, and motions
Communicate with court personnel and opposing counsel to confirm or adjust scheduling
Generate and distribute daily and weekly calendar reports to attorneys and staff
Assist with document management and file organization as needed

Required

Prior legal calendaring experience (law firm or legal department) required
Familiarity with court rules, filing procedures, and litigation timelines
Strong knowledge of calendaring software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and discretion
Fluent in Spanish and English
Minimum 1 year experience calendaring for multiple attorneys
Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Legal Assistant: 1 year (Required)
