Responsibilities
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
This person will drive customer connection and drive sales conversion activities using customer service chat bots/ agents
Internalize and deeply understand Client's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team
Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team
Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive Client, A/B Testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback
Will work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing and Site Merchandising team
Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
eCommerce website product management specially in the area of customer experience journey management from home page to product marketing pages, product listing pages, cart and checkout
Insights into visitor behavior and trend, chat bot interactions, shopping app experience
Experience in in requirement gathering, converting those into actionable stories and acceptance criteria, and manage requests to completion working closely with engineering (Dev/QA), UX designers, business stakeholders and external partners (third party services consumed)
Good verbal, written communication skills and executive presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, A/B testing techniques will be required on this role

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
5-7 years' experience in relevant field required
Preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of Product Management plus hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred
