Responsibilities
Lead the enhancements, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Develop and manage compensation plans, providing strategic guidance and support for salary reviews, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities
Oversee Workday Recruiting configuration and enhancements, partnering with Talent Acquisition to optimize candidate, requisition, and hiring processes while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency
Configuration and ongoing support of Workday Talent Management modules, including performance, goals, and succession planning, to enable effective talent development and workforce planning
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management
Proven experience in compensation management, including the design and administration of compensation plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in Talent Management
