Communicate with consumers via phone and approved written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates to account files for each interaction
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations governing the collections industry
Demonstrate strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Call center experience
Data entry proficiency
Ability to handle numerous inbound calls
Comfortability speaking on the phone
Collection and collections customer service experience
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to type and speak simultaneously
Strong attention to confidentiality and data protection
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
Bilingual candidates preferred
