WTWH Media LLC is an integrated B2B media company seeking a qualified individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing advertising campaigns and supporting the sales team in delivering effective service.

Responsibilities

Work with customers and sales reps to collect advertising materials across the entire product line and brands

Schedule and manage all print and digital deployments, including newsletters, eblasts, custom content, etc

Check customer requirements and process orders, ensuring accurate information with every step

Manage internal and external digital production communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables between clients and the production team

Manage resources, assignments and production schedule for each digital project

Provide reporting on digital products to customers

Update Salesforce for date changes to client campaigns

Participate in weekly production meetings

Continue to learn numerous internal and third-party systems

Qualification

Required

2+ years customer service experience in an agency or media environment

Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Superior attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team

High-level of computer proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce, email marketing, online advertising and content management systems a plus
