Groovy enhancements / customization: Any groovy related enhancements / customization that require support to the operation in N4, N4 Billing, Mobile, and ECN4

Any third-party integration with N4 TOS

Report enhancement / customization: Any report related enhancements / customization that requires supporting the operation

Go Live Implementation: Supporting for the go live implementation and Hyper care period

Documentation: Maintain proper records of issues, resolutions, and any changes applied during development phase and go live implementation
