Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services
Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram
Maintain updated inventory of network devices
Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability
Installing and configuring network hardware such as Wireless AP, Switches, Phones, Routers across site, Labs, Office and Data Center
Participate in network implementation projects if required
Qualification
Required

Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies
Knowledge and experience working with Cisco and/or Juniper network equipment
Familiarity with basic switching and routing such as VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
Familiarity with IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Familiarity with LAN / WAN / WIFI/ Structured Cabling and network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controller, load balancer, Infoblox
Knowledge in network monitoring tools, automation, packet-level analysis of application and network protocols
Skills in network protocols and technologies, familiarity with network security principles, and experience with networking equipment are highly valued
Have a background or study in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
